Look out?.here comes Libby! This young pup loves to run and play. She?s looking for an active lifestyle with a person or family who will continue her training and provide her with hours of fun fun fun.
Libby has a great personality. Tail always wagging. Eyes bright. Up for any game. She plays well in her foster home with dogs her own size but is too rambunctious for smaller dogs and would be equally overwhelming to very small children.
Libby is an Aussie/Catahoula dog mix which adds up to a lively, entertaining companion. Somewhere between 1-2 years old, she still is just a big puppy and requires supervision in the house. A bit of a counter surfer and sometimes too curious about what?s inside things, Libby is best crated or otherwise confined when not in the company of humans.
If you are looking for a bright, energetic companion or family dog, Libby might just be your girl. She is the size of a lab with beautiful Aussie blue merle coloring, intense multi-colored eyes, and knows a few basic commands. While she loves to exercise, she also settles well in the house. Upon first meeting, Libby may be shy as she?s not had much exposure to a lot of people. She needs a home where she'll have plenty of social interactions with both people and other dogs. She gets along well with the big dogs in her foster home and plays well with all of them.
We recommend a home with active adults, no cats or small dogs, and with older children.
